A decent sized contingency of co-workers, friend and acquaintances have been asking for me to give them some fantasy football advice. Since I have done two out of three of my drafts, I will share my thoughts on best practices for your upcoming draft.
First Round Thoughts:
I am seeing a lot of drafts where Pennsylvania running backs are going in the first round (Willy Parker and Brian Westbrook). I do not see them as first round picks and believe you would be better off picking Lawrence Maroney or Joseph Addai. Both backs are on better teams, no longer have to split carries, and will get a lot of carries milking the clock with leads. Most importantly they are younger.
